Please ignore any letters received today from Ikon relating to the renewal of your copier maintenance contract. The instructions contained in the letter are incorrect. If do not wish to renew your copier maintenance agreement please notify Anne Sopher in Purchasing via email to: anne-sopher@uiowa.edu.  Please provide the PO# for the contract that you wish to cancel and the copier Model and Serial #’s. Purchasing will notify the vendor that the agreement is not to be renewed. Agreements that are not canceled will be automatically renewed and no action is required on your part.  Ikon will be sending new letters with correct instructions and the renewal pricing that was omitted from the original letters.
