We understand there is a problem accessing the Blanket order report.  We are working on the problem and will let you know when its fixed.

Now available on the Purchasing website under Blanket Order Info:

 

A new report that will allow departments to view Blanket Orders by department.  This report will also show you the amount of spend from January 1, 2004 thru September 30, 2005. 

 

This link: http://www.uiowa.edu/~purchase/purchase/Blanket%20Orders%2006/BO06woDocs.htm will take you to the Blanket PO page on the Purchasing website where you can click the “View Your Blanket Orders by Department” link and you will be prompted for your department number.    

 

 

Instructions:

Blanket PO Page

Click “View Your Blanket Orders by Department” link

Enter a department number

Click ok

You will come to a page where you can click on the arrows and scroll through the blanket orders

Or

You can scroll to the bottom and click on “Print your department blanket order list”

This will open a new page and load a web page created from Excel (Upload takes a few seconds)
