We have made some changes to the Blanket Order Report.  If you have problems please see the instructions under the following link.

 

This link: http://www.uiowa.edu/~purchase/purchase/Blanket%20Orders%2006/BO06woDocs.htm will take you to the Blanket PO page on the Purchasing website where you can click the “View Your Blanket Orders by Department” link.

 

Instructions:

Blanket PO Page

Click “View Your Blanket Orders by Department” link

This will open a new page and load a web page created from Excel (Upload takes a few seconds)

Select the down arrow next to department

Uncheck “Show all”

Find you department, click on the checkbox and click “ok”

If you would like to export the results to an excel spreadsheet, click the excel icon on the toolbar (green X with a pencil)
