1. How can I register as a vendor for the U of Iowa eBid?
   • Go to the link: www.uiowa.edu/~purchase/purchase/eBidLogin.htm
   • Select the “Supplier Registration” link and complete the required information.

2. What are the password requirements?
   • Password must have a minimum of 6 letters and 2 numbers with a maximum of 15 characters total.
     
3. What if I don’t agree with the Terms and conditions?
   • You must accept the Terms and conditions in order to register.
4. Do I have to be an approved vendor to bid?
   • Yes
5. What if I don’t have an email address for my company?
   • Email address is required for the U of Iowa eBid.
6. Can I select more than one special classifications and commodity codes?
   • Yes.
7. How will I be notified if I am an approved vendor?
   • An email notification will be sent to the designated email address.
8. Can I designate more than one user to access the bid system for my company?
   • Yes.  The Suppliers can edit or update the company information under Manage My Account
