Important message from Grainger - State of Iowa Employees Effected by FloodsEveryone, As we wake up to this morning, the news of home evacuations in Cedar Rapids, Cedar Falls, Waterloo, Coralville, Iowa City and surrounding areas is very real. The flooding of 2008 is now very personal for many people. Supplies needed to fight rising waters are very difficult to find at our local retailers. Grainger is also experiencing some SKU outages, however are working feverishly to keep the much needed products in our distribution network. This is a reminder that all employees of the University of Iowa, UNI, U of Iowa Hospital, VA Medical Center may use the State of Iowa contract (WSCA) to purchase the items they need. Each individual may call our local branch or go on-line to place an order. The order can be shipped to any destination requested. Individuals placing orders must use a credit card.
