Neither rain nor snow nor ...
After two weather-related cancellations, Quill and Scroll members and Davenport Central HS, IA, scrambled to conduct this induction ceremony for students visiting from Novo Hamburgo, Brazil. Fourteen students were inducted at the ceremony held at a local restaurant in February. The visit was part of the International Journalism Exchange Project.
