Angela Lyon has been at the University of Iowa since approximately the beginning of time. She is allegedly going to be graduating this year with an M.A. in Instructional Design & Technology. Few people understand what this is, but its nebulousness only makes it more attractive to Ms. Lyon. She may get a Ph.D. for just that reason.
