Recent Articles Published by Religious Studies Graduate Students

Calvin Lane has published an article entitled "Before Hooker: The Material Context of Elizabethan Prayer Book Worship" in Anglican and Episcopal History, September 2005.

Pankaj Jain published "From Emic/Etic to Ethic" in the Association for Asian Studies Quarterly Newsletter in the Spring 2005 issue.

New Faculty Member

Howard B. Rhodes has joined the department as Assistant Professor of Religion, Politics and Social Justice.  He will receive his Ph.D. from Princeton University in the Department of Religion.  His special interests are in the history of Western theology, religious ethics and war, religion and social theory, political philosophy, and contemporary virtue ethics.
