Shire of Shadowdale Armorial

Everyone in the SCA has the option to register a device (arms) and display these at SCA events. The device must be unique within the SCA and may not conflict with major existing devices in the modern world, medieval history, or major works of fiction (such as arms attributed to King Arthur). The devices are described according to a standardized language so that anyone conversant in the language can draw and recognize the device. Some local shire members have registered their names and devices. (You must register your name before (or at the same time) you register your device. Your device can be called arms after you have received an award of arms.)
     
  Aemilia Sabine Per chevron throughout argent and gules, two frogs tergiant vert and an increscent argent.
  Amarath Windrider Per chevron azure and Or, two swords inverted proper, and a unicornate pegasus passant azure.
  Annora Steward Azure, a cross nowy of a lozenge, pierced of a lozenge, and on a chief Or three lozenges azure.
  Dirk MacMartin Azure, four compass stars two one and one and
on a chief Or a dog passant azure.
  Francesca Barozzi Per pale sable and argent, a cat salient
counterchanged and a bordure Or semy of pawprints sable.
  Francisco Duron Per chevron inverted Or and azure, in chief a swallowtailed butterfly sable and in base three roses Or, barbed and seeded argent.
  Gawain of Miskbridge Sable, mullety argent, a lymphad Or, fore and aft castles enflamed proper, issuant from base a demi-sun Or.
  Jeanette Atwater [no arms, but registered name]
  Lucinda Whyteland Per pale azure and purpure, on a pale endorsed
argent a sheaf of three wheat stalks sable.
  Rohese de Dinan Ermine, on a bend sinister azure three horse's heads
palewise couped Or.
