Email a Question
There are two ways to email questions to Student Health Services:
Direct response
Send email to student-health@uiowa.edu for the following concerns:
- Questions about registration blocks or immunization requirements
- Questions about billing/insurance, medical records, and Student Health clinic information/services
- General health questions (e.g., Do you have a fitness specialist? Will you be giving flu shots?)
Anonymous
To maintain privacy, anonymous health questions can be submitted to the HealthBlog.
Email policy: Maintaining your privacy is very important to us. Personal health information sent via e-mail is not secure. Any information you send to us via email will be kept confidential and will not be shared with third parties. While we recognize that email is a convenient form of communication, our health care providers (nurses, physicians, physician assistant) are not able to communicate with patients via email. Please call 335-8370 or call our Nurseline at 335-9704 if you need to talk with your health care provider.
