The University of Iowa is pleased to introduce "A World in Balance: Campus Health Care Orientation for International Students". This 15-minute DVD provides valuable information for foreign students about adjusting to life at an American University.

"The World In Balance' provides tips and information about:

• The American health care system, including using the Student Health Service
• Adjusting to American culture
• Tips for maintaining a healthy lifestyle
• A primer on insurance
• Information about immunizations
