Health Iowa is the health promotion and education branch of the Student Health Service. Our mission is to support student learning through educational and health promotion services that help students create healthy lifestyles.

Health Iowa provides individually tailored consultations in the areas of substance abuse, tobacco cessation, stress management, fitness, nutrition and sexual health. We also provide group workshops and interventions aimed at creating a healthy campus community for all students.
