12 Sociologists Recognized by the Class of 2009 for Making a Positive Difference in their Lives

Professors Albonetti, Baller, Bianchi, Campbell, Heimer, Hitlin, Leicht, Lovaglia, Noonan, Paik and Whelan were all selected by students in the Graduating Class of 2009 to receive a thank you for making a positive difference in their lives. Christopher Kelley, a graduate TA, was singled out for a thank you as well. Professor Whelan was nominated for recognition more than 10 times!
