A New Ph.D.!
Congratulations go to Bridget Conlon who successfully defended her thesis on April 16, 2008! The title of her thesis is "Does Where you Live Affect How you Feel? An Investigation into Neighborhood Effects on Mental Health."
Her doctoral committee members were: Associate Professor Jennifer Glanville (chair), Professor Michael Lovaglia, Associate Professor Stephen Wieting, Assistant Professor María Vélez, now at the University of New Mexico, and Professor Lee Anna Clark, from the Department of Psychology.
Dr. Conlon resides in Fresno, California where she an assistant professor at California State University - Fresno.
