Qualitative research involving rural issues, including women and sustainable agriculture; program development and grant writing; community organizing; organizational culture; overrepresentation of Native Americans children in child welfare systems; Indian Child Welfare Act; justice and treatment approaches with offenders who have co-occurring disorders
