The team made hundreds of phone calls to verify addresses and ask for the name of the social worker. We wanted to address the envelopes to a name, rather than to “Social Services ” if possible. Once the mailings are done, the computer file with the names will be destroyed.

Social work student Tara, was the computer genius behind the survey. Tara invested many hours into formatting the survey and changing the format to accommodate new questions. Tara also did the computer lay-out for the magnet and bookmark that was mailed to all potential respondents.

All hands - even small ones - on deck! We were hoping the colorful stamps would catch the busy social worker’s attention.
