Steps for Students to register

1. Each student must fill out their online registration vial the Surveymonkey link by September 30th, 2008

2. Be sure that your chaperone has completed the Chaperone Form and sent it to Chris Villalobos via fax #866-234-0836 by September 30th, 2008

 

3. Have your parents complete the Parent Permission Form and give to your Chaperone for submission at the conference (English/Spanish Permission Forms on this web site)
