We would like to know how many students are in the process of working on the Aging Studies Certificate, Aging Studies Minor, or a specialty in aging in social work.   If you are considering pursuing one of these credentials, please complete the ASP Enrollment Form (below) and return it to the Aging Studies Program.

Enrollment in the Aging Studies Program is open to all students.  Once you enroll, you will receive notices about learning and network opportunities in aging, and will be better connected with the fellow students and faculty interested in the process of aging and the experience of older adulthood.

When you plan to graduate....

The semester in which you plan to graduate, you need to let the registrar's office know  your intentions.  When you submit your "degree application," to the Registrar's office, you should complete the "certifcate request form." Once the Registrar's office verifies you have met the requirements for the Aging Studies Certificate, the credential will be added to your official record.
