The Iowa Society of Creative Writing in Social Work is sponsored by the University of Iowa School of Social Work. It is designed for social work educators and practitioners who are interested in the use of creative writing as a professional tool, not simply as a literary end in itself. It is a monthly electronic extension of the School of Social Work's Annual National Summer Creative Writing Workshop for Social Workers. There are no dues or fees for membership in the Society.
