Financial AidFinancial aid is available for incoming music student undergraduates and graduates on a competitive basis. There are a number of 4-year scholarships available for undergrads, ranging from the amount of applied music fees to full in-state tuition. The scholarships are renewed each year if academic and performance criteria are met.
For graduate horn students, there is the TA position as well as fellowships; see the application form for graduates. See Graduate Financial Aid
The UI Horn Studio also is able to offer small grants to current students for the purposes of attending horn workshops, competitions, or auditions, thanks to the generosity of Horn Studio "angels".
