The Staff Council Awards Committee is asking for self-nominations from faculty and staff who would be interested in serving on an award selection committee. There will be three selection committees, one for each award listed below. The Staff Council Awards Committee is now accepting nominations for the following staff awards: Board of Regents Staff Excellence Award, The UI Oustanding Staff Award, and the David J. Skorton Staff Excellence in Public Service Award.

1. The UI Outstanding Staff Award recognizes staff members who have made outstanding contributions to The University of Iowa.

2. The Board of Regents Staff Excellence Award recognizes those staff members who have made outstanding contributions to The University of Iowa and to the State of Iowa.

3. The David J. Skorton Award for Staff Excellence in Service recognizes individuals who perform exceptional service to the university community.
