Instructions for using e-CHUG:

  2. Click on Begin (first time leave the UID box blank).
  3. Your UID will be assigned after logging in so write the number down for future use.
  4. Complete the confidential survey and get personal feedback!
  5. Every time you log in, please use the UID assigned to you so you can view your progress and information.
