The University of Iowa is
located in Iowa City, a couple miles
off of Interstate 80. It takes about 3.5 to 4.5 hours to drive from

the East or West: take I-80 to Exit 244 and head
south
on N Dubuque St. into the center of town.
From
the North, take I-380 South to I-80 East to exit 244
and head south on N Dubuque St into town.
From
the South, take US-218 North, turn right on US-1
(exit 91), after 1.8m turn left onto S Riverside for 0.7m, then right
onto W Burlington and head 0.2m into town.
By Airplane
The closest airport is the Eastern
Iowa Airport (CID) in Cedar
Rapids, about 25 minutes away.
The second option is to fly into the Quad
Cities Airport (MLI)
in
Moline, IL,
which is about an hour away but often cheaper. Shuttles tend to be
quite a bit more expensive, however.
