Guest Artists

Dominick Taylor, playwright, will lead writing workshops for playwrights November 29 through December 2. Mr. Taylor’s plays have been presented or developed at crossroads Theatre, Hartford Stage, Playwrights Horizons, Arena Stage, the Public Theatre and the Goodman Theatre.

Alice Ripley, a leading actress of Broadway, off-Broadway and regional theatre productions, will lead workshops in musical theatre for undergraduates and graduate students on December 6 and 7.  Alice was nominated for the Tony for Best Actress in a Musical for "Sideshow".  She has played Mrs. Walker in "Tommy", played opposite Christopher Walken in "The Dead", was Betty Shaeffer in "Sunset Boulevard", Janet in the "Rocky Horror Show", and will open  Off-Broadway in January in the new musical "Next to Normal".

Early Registration begins November 26. All Theatre majors are encouraged to see their faculty advisors as soon as possible.
