The purpose of Delta Delta Delta is about establishing perpetual bonds of friendship. Recruitment is the seed in which our chapter grows each year. Our goal as Tri Deltas is to develop each year as a strong force both within our university, our community, and most importantly within ourselves. We pride ourselves as recruiting 24/7, 365 days a year, always looking for potential leaders, members, and friends. The sorority experience can bring a stronger sense of self and friendship as an individual by giving yourself to a chapter. Tri Deltas shine in their maturity, leadership, and connection to others during our recruitment.
Tri Deltas of Phi Chapter are always anticipating new members and friends to join the circle of friendship we have created here at the University of Iowa. As a member you can expect bonds, laughter, support ,and guidance through your college years.
We hold formal recruitment during the week prior to fall semester. It consists of a scheduled system in which a potential new member will have the opportunity to visit with members of each chapter at their houses on campus. The informal recruitment is during spring semester.
