Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI)

The Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) is another widely used psychological instrument that assesses four preferences/dimensions for the way you interact with the world. The MBTI helps people explore where they like to focus their attention, the way they like to take in information, the way they like to decide, and the kind of lifestyle they adopt. The MBTI can facilitate your understanding of yourself as you interact and navigate your interpersonal life. The MBTI can also offer you insights as to the types of careers and work environments that may fit your preferences. This inventory does not assess your abilities or capabilities; but can offer you a point of departure for your personal and career exploration. There are no right or wrong answers to the inventory and each of these preferences is not considered "better or worse" than the others. The MBTI will take approximately 1-1/2 hours to complete.
