Please fill out and print the following two forms and contact UICC Committee Members for membership. As a non profit organization, we are trying to build our membership and we request your support. Membership Fee for University of Iowa Students is $20, University of Iowa Staff / Faculty is $40 and for others it is $50. Being a startup club, we encourage you to contribute more. Any contribution would be greatly appreciated.
