UIGPS Philosophy
Salons
The UIGPS holds
regular philosophy salons to discuss philosophical issues of current interest
to graduate students. The goal of these salons is to encourage discussion of a variety
of philosophical topics in a friendly, informal atmosphere. Unlike formal
colloquia, the philosophy salons offer students an opportunity to present
works-in-progress and receive helpful feedback from others.
