Attendance
Policy
Allowed two (2) unexcused absences every three
weeks (85% attendance).
After two unexcused absences:
First Absence: 10k erg piece on the following Saturday at
9:00 A.M.
Second Absence: 10k + Coaches Meeting
Third Absence: No participation will
be allowed in next regatta (must still attend race)
Fourth Absence: Executive board will review your
status on this team.
*Please Note: Regattas will count as two
practices.
Lateness Policy
Lateness will not be
tolerated. For every minute late, ten (10) squat jumps will
be required at the end of practice and arriving 15
minutes late will count towards an unexcused absence.
