UI Flying LindyHawks: Where are they now?

Eve Johnson (2006)
After graduating with a degree in English in 2006, Eve moved back to St. Paul, MN where she took a job at a design showroom. She immersed herself in the Minnesota Swing dance scene and soon became one of the most well-known dancers. She founded the Twin Cities Swingcopators and joined the TC Swing Cats dance team. She plans to move to New York to pursue a career in interior design. Eve loves to teach Swing dance and hopes to continue to perform and compete for years to come.

Cheryl Ozog (2007)
Cheryl graduated from Iowa with a PharmD in 2007. She moved to Chicago, IL where she continues to take lessons and Swing dance around Chicago. Cheryl is now engaged to be married in the summer of 2009. She loves to travel to Swing dance events around the Midwest and misses performing with the Flying LindyHawks.

Michael Brafford (2008)
Michael moved to Minneapolis, MN in 2008 after graduating with a degree in Theatre. There he joined the Twin Cities Swingcopators and Swing Cats dance teams. Soon after moving to the Twin Cities he was cast in the musical Swing! at the Chanhassen Dinner Theatre in Chanhassen, MN. He continues to run the Hawkeye Swing Festival in Iowa City and looks forward to planning more Midwest Swing dance events. He teaches Swing at several Midwest institutions and performs and competes around the U.S.
