Requesting producer agrees to comply with all rules and conditions for studio operations and is responsible for the behavior of the crew. (Studio Operations Guidelines and Rules)
Requests should be made as far in advance as possible. On-demand booking (less than 24 hours) is possible but not guaranteed.
Producers agree that there are noise restrictions during working hours in the studio.
This form is only for members of The University of Iowa, Student Video Productions student organization.
Use of the studio is restricted to SVP productions only, do not schedule non-broadcast or class-work productions.
Submitting false information on this form will disqualify your program and may lead to an ban on submissions in the future.
