I am a sixth year graduate student at the University of Iowa, studying the areas of topology known as knot homology theory and topological quantum field theory. For the 2010-11 school year I will be serving as the VIGRE Heartland Liaison. I am a 2005 graduate of the University of Saint Thomas in St. Paul, Minnesota.
