Moving On After Self-Injury
This group is intended for participants who have been free of self-injury for at least the past 6 months.
Discussions will focus on dealing with negative emotions and developing healthy and positive responses to the challenges faced in daily life.
This is NOT a therapy group for individuals who are currently struggling with self-injury.
If you are dealing with these thoughts and/or behaviors, please contact us for assistance in obtaining counseling.
This group meets:
Mondays from 6:00 - 7:30 pm
