What can you see?: Scenery

Look at the pictures below and see if any interest you. If you find one that sparks your interest, there are several ways you can choose to write about the picture:
  • You can freewrite for 20 minutes about everything you think of while looking at this picture.
  • You can write in detail about one particular idea, memory or thought that you are reminded of by the picture.
  • You can describe the scene in the picture in detail and speculate on who might live or work there, what might happen or have happened in this scene, where this scene might be located, or what this place might look like during other parts of the year or at other times.
